In partial modification of the Department of Justice’s notification dated 22nd August, 2007, the President, in exercise of the powers conferred by article 224-A of the Constitution of India, is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Om Prakash Srivastava, a retired Judge of the Allahabad High Court, to sit and act as a Judge of the Allahabad High Court, for a period of one year with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
