Prithvi-III, a modified version of surface-to-surface missile, was successfully tested today from Interim Test Range (ITR) Balasore. It had a range of 300 kms. The launch achieved perfect trajectory, as per design projections. The test achieved all operational parameters to the required perfection. The launch was tracked by several ground stations including down range stations.
