Government has decided that private parties purchasing wheat in excess of 50,000 MT (total purchases made throughout the country) under the Wheat (Stock Declaration by Companies or Firms or Individuals) Order, 2007 will continue to submit weekly returns upto June, 2006 to the Department of Food & Public Distribution.
From July, 2007 the companies are required to file monthly returns upto December, 2007.
In the notification issued on 1.3.2007 weekly returns were stipulated upto May, 2007.
