(a) whether the work pertaining to Subarnarekha multipurpose project discontinued since long;
(b) if so, the reasons for delay in executing the project; and
(c) the steps the Government propose to take to revive the
project and the time by which the same is likely to be
completed?

during 1999-2000 (anticipated ) and the outlay proposed for
