Question : Cases Registered in MSME Samadhan Portal

(a) the number of cases registered in the MSME Samadhan Portal, State/year -wise;

(b) whether the Government has taken any steps to resolve the problem of delayed payments to MSMEs;

(c) if so, the details thereof; and

(d) the features of the Credit Linked Capital Subsidy scheme?

(a) to (c): Various Steps taken by the Government to resolve the problem of delayed payments to MSMEs include :-

i. Creation of the MSME Samadhaan Portal.
ii. Making it mandatory for all CPSEs to upload the information regarding their dues on the portal.
iii. Issuance of notification requiring all companies to submit half-yearly returns about their dues.
iv. Roping in NeSL Information Utility to do default broadcast of buyers from MSEs to their other creditors.
v. Creation of TReDS and issuance of direction by notification to companies with turnover above Rs.500 crore and to all CPSEs to get themselves on boarded on this platform.

The number of cases registered in the MSME Samadhan Portal, State wise and year -wise are at Annexure- I & Annexure-II respectively.

(d): The Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme aims at infusing modern technology in the MSEs through institutional finance. Under this scheme, subsidy of 15% is provided to MSEs on institutional credit upto Rs.1.00 crore.
