as 1986, is yet to be completed;
(b) if so, the progress made so far in implementation of the project;
(c) the original estimated cost of the project the cost escalation so far and amount
incurred in regard thereto; and
(d) the time by which it is likely to be completed, indicating broad details and
features of this project?
