Question : OPERATION OWNERSHIP OF INTERNAL RAIL STRUCTURE OF MAIN PORTS

(a) whether the Government are contemplating to hand over the operation and ownership of internal rail structure of main ports of the country to the Railways;

(b) if not, the reasons therefor;

(c) whether any request has been made to the Ministry of Railways in this regard; and

(d) if so, the reaction of Ministry of Railways thereto?
