(a) whether the Government has received a letter from the Government of Kerala for sanctioning skill upgradation training programme for prospective emigrants abroad under NORKA-ROOTs; and

(a) & (b) : The Action Plan for Skill upgradation training received from various
States including Government of Kerala has been sent to the Planning Commission for inclusion
under the Plan Scheme for allotment of funds to this Ministry to facilitate implementation of
the Scheme.
