(a) whether the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission (MRTPC) has recently issued notices to some banks, petrol pumps of petroleum companies,
telecommunication companies and pharmaceutical companies for cheating and false promises;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the action taken against such companies/banks?
