(a) and (b): Yes Sir. 09 posts each of General Manager Grade I and Grade II are lying
vacant.
(c) : ITDC made attempts for filling up some vacant posts by releasing advertisements
for direct recruitment during 1997 and 1998. However, the vacant posts could not be
filled up due to non-availability of suitable candidates from reserved categories and
operational requirements.
