(a) the category-wise names of posts lying vacant in his Ministry/Departments and subordinate offices as on December 31, 2001 and March 31, 2002, alongwith the date since when these are lying vacant;
(b) if so, the reasons for keeping these posts vacant; and
(c) by when these are likely to be filled up?
