Question : IRREGULARITIES BY CO- OPERATIVE SUGAR MILLS

(a) whether some co-operative sugar mills in Maharashtra have been accused by the Central Excise Department of selling the sugar meant for export in the domestic market;

(b) if so, the details thereof; and

(c) the action taken against these co-operative sugar mills for committing this irregularity?
