Question : Project Proposals

(a) the total budget allocated for various schemes under North Eastern Council by his Ministry for financial year 2015-16, State-wise;
(b) the details of allocations made during the last three years by his Ministry under NEC schemes;
(c) the details of project proposals received by his Ministry for the year 2015-16 from North East States to be sanctioned under North Eastern Council Schemes; and
(d) the present status of the projects and the amount of funds sanctioned and released, scheme-wise and State-wise?

(a) &(b):The Ministry of DoNER does not allocate State-wise budget to North Eastern Council. The scheme-wise total budget allocated during the financial year 2015-16 is Rs 773.00 crore. The details of the last three years allocations are as under:

2012-13 Rs 770.00 crore
2013-14 Rs 700.00 crore
2014-15 Rs 579.00 crore
