Question : Illegal use of Imported Jute Bags

(a) whether there has been reports/complaints regarding illegal use of imported jute bags for packing foodgrains under Public Distribution System (PDS) in violation of Jute Packaging Materials Act;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the corrective steps taken/proposed in this regard?
