(a) whether the ICAI has proposed the Government to make rotation of auditors mandatory as to make the profession above any suspicion;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether Naresh Chandra Committee set up to examine the issue has submitted its report;
(d) if so, the salient features of the recommendations of the committee; and
(e) the reaction of the Government to the recommendations of the Committee?
