Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS
be pleased to state:
(a) the total number of official residential accommodation provided to former Presidents and Prime Ministers and other high dignitaries of the country in Delhi;
(b) whether the Government has any proposal for vacating the Government bungalows/accommodation presently occupied by the former Presidents and the Prime Ministers of the country;
(c) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor;
(d) whether there is any proposal to provide alternative accommodation to such dignitaries in any other part of the country and if so, the details thereof; and
(e) whether there is any proposal to utilize these vacated bungalows/accommodation for some other purpose and if so, the details thereof?
