(a) whether the Government has received any proposals/representations from Government of
West Bengal and various organizations of the State to include some identified communities
in the list of Scheduled Castes;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government is considering those proposals/representations; and
(d) if so, the time by which a final decision is likely to be taken in this regard?
