(a) whether any incentive based action plan was formulated by the Government during the
recent years for the promotion and expansion of small newspapers;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the amount allocated for their implementation during
1997-98, 1998-99 and 1999-2000and the amount actually spent out of that; and
(c) the amount allocated for the purpose during the year 2000-2001 so far?
