(a) whether the Government has constituted Courts of Inquiry under the
provision of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957;
(b) if so, the details of Courts of Inquiry constituted during the last
three years and the current year alongwith the Inquiries related to accident
of place; and
(c) the number of persons found guilty during these inquiries and action
taken against them so far?
