(a) and (b): The data relating to non functional listed companies is not maintained. However, the Hon’ble High Courts have appointed Official Liquidators in 13 companies listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and 59 companies listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
