Question : Dairy Processing and Infrastructure Development Fund

(a) the details of allotment and utilization of Dairy Processing and infrastructure Development Fund, for the past three years towards strengthening of infrastructure of milk cooperatives with concessional loan assistance from NABARD Bank, State-wise;

(b) the status of implementation of the Centrally sponsored scheme “Rashtriya Gokul Mission” for conserving and developing indigenous breeds, Statewise; and

(c) the status of implementation of National Action Plan for Egg & Poultry-2022, State-wise?

(a) The State-wise details sanctioned loan amount (allotment) and disbursement by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) to National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) and also disbursement by NDDB to End Borrowers during last three years under Dairy Processing and Infrastructure Development Fund (DIDF) as on 30.11.2020 is at Annexure-I

(b) In order to complement and supplement the efforts made by the States for conserving and promoting indigenous species of cattle, Government of India has been implementing Rashtriya Gokul Mission (RGM) throughout the country and till date an amount of Rs 1841.75 crores has been released to the States and Union Territories since inception of the project in 2014-15. State wise status of implementation of the scheme is at Annexure-II

(c) As per Action Plan for egg and poultry, the Priority states were identified for both Innovative Poultry Productivity Project (IPPP) - Broiler and Low Input Technology (LIT) to encourage poultry entrepreneurship in rural areas especially amongst educated unemployed youth. The State-wise status of implementation of Innovative Poultry Productivity Project is at Annexure-III
