(a) the State -wise details of lignite blocks alongwith total
reserves of coal in the country;
(b) whether the Government has decided to allocate lignite block
to private companies for mining;
(c) if so, the details thereof;
(d) whether the Government has formulated any policy in this regard; and
(e) if so, the details thereof ?
