(a)&(b) Yes Madam, the Vansadhara Water Disputes Tribunal (VWDT) has been constituted by this Mini- stry vide notification dated 24th February, 2010 with Justice B.N. Agrawal, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India as Chairman, Justice Nirmal Singh, former Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court and Justice B. N. Chaturvedi, former Judge of the Delhi High Court, as Members. Further, pursuant to resignation of Justice B.N. Agrawal and Justice Nirmal Singh, Dr. Justice Mukundakam Sharma, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India and Justice Ghulam Mohammed, former Judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, have been appointed as Chairman, VWDT and Member, VWDT respectively.
