(a) the details of funds given as grants by the Union Government to the Government
of Maharashtra during the last three years for various projects;
(b) whether the State Government of Maharashtra used this grant for the particular
project or diverted this fund to the other project(s);
(c) whether the Maharashtra Government has been submitting periodical reports
on the expenditure to the Centre ; and
(d) if so, the details thereof ?
