(a) whether the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL) has signed an agreement for providing employment to local youth at the time of setting up of Atomic Energy Centre at Rawatbhata in Rajasthan;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the agreement has been fulfilled by the NPCIL and if so, the details thereof; and

(d) the number of local youths who have been provided jobs under the agreement till date?
