(a) whether the Government have interacted with the concerned Departments to obtain the funds collected through the cess levied on the sale of petrol and diesel for the Central Road Fund;
(b) if so, the dates on which the interaction was made alongwith the names of the Departments interacted with;
(c) if not, the reasons therefor;
(d) whether any concrete decision has been taken after having such interactions; and
(e) if so, the details thereof?
