(a) whether the progress in the construction and maintenance of roads approved under the Central Road Fund is satisfactory;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether shortage of fund is hampering the progress of road projects;
(d) if so, the details thereof;
(e) whether cases of misutilization of fund by some States has come to notice of the Government; and
(f) if so, the details thereof and action taken thereon?
