(a) whether the Government of India have received any request from the Government of
Kerala to sanction an amount of Rs. 15 crores as special grant to Kudikidappukars
Benefit fund as provided in the Kerala Land Reforms Act for implementation various
welfare schemes for the poor in the State; and
(b) if so, the action taken/proposed to be taken by the Government thereon?
