(a) whether the Government has provided relief to the Bt. cotton growing farmers

have suffered losses during each of the last three years;
(b) if so, the details of the relief provided, State/UT-wise;
(c) whether the Government has recovered part of the relief amount from Bt. cotton
seed
companies; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
