Question : SEPARATION OF BSP FROM SAIL

(a) whether the Union Government has received any proposal from the Government of Chattisgarh to separate the Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) located in Chattisgarh from the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL); and

(b) if so, the details thereof and the decision taken thereon?
