(a) whether the Government proposes to offer any assistance to farmers to meet the added financial burden that will result from implementation of the Electricity (Amendment) Bill, 2020;
(b) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
(c) whether the Government has calculated the financial implications of the Bill on the agricultural sector in terms of electricity costs and irrigation costs; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?
