(a)&(b) Yes, Sir. Ministry of Women & Child Development is running the
Scheme of “Swadhar – A Scheme for Women in Difficult Circumstancesâ€
under which Help-line facilities are available for women in distress in both
rural and urban areas. The details of the Scheme are available at the website
of this Ministry namely www.wcd.nic.in.
