(a) whether the Government proposes to make amendments in the law in order to give more powders to the Chief Justice of India to deal with the erring judges in the wake of recent incidents of Punjab and Haryana High Court whose judges had gone on mass protest leave;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the time by which it is likely to be brought forward?
