(a) whether the Government has formulated/has any proposal to formulate a programme for developing model village for the scheduled tribe communities in the country;
(b) if so, the details thereof including the salient features of this programme along with the names of villages identified for this purpose, State/UT-wise including Chhattisgarh; and
(c) the amount of funds allocated and utilised by the various States thereunder during each of the last three years and the current year, State/UT-wise?
