(a) whether the Government is aware that the resentment is brewing among the
tribals of Maharashtra State as identification documents of pre-1951 are
resource for issue of Scheduled Tribe Certificate;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the tribal organizations have demanded to cancel the pre 1951
condition being enforced by the State Government; and
(d) if so, the details along with the guidelines issued/likely to be issued to the
State Government in this regard?
