(a) whether the Government propose to formulate any new scheme for upliftment of the poor farmers and providing them jobs;
(b) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
(c) whether any such scheme has been recently formulated;
(d) if so, the details thereof;
(e) the number of the poor farmers provided jobs in Jamnagar and other districts of Gujarat in 1999and 2000 till date and whether the said scheme proved beneficial to them;
(f) the number of such farmers proposed to be benefited through this scheme in future; and
(g) the amount of payment fixed for the poor farmers in rural areas alongwith the nature of work and the actual amount given to them?
