(a) & (b) Yes Sir, Lok Sabha Secretariat is organizing a function to be held in the Central Hall, Parliament House to commemorate the 70 years of adoption of the Constitution at 11 a.m. on 26th November, 2019 on the request of Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs and Rajya Sabha Secretariat is also participating.
(c) Question does not arise.
