has achieved the target under Prime Minister’s 15-Point Programme for
the welfare of minorities during the last three years and the current year; and
(b) the details of target and outlay under various Centrally sponsored
schemes out of 15 per cent target and outlay thereof?

(a): The details of achievements of targets and outlays made in the schemes
included under PM’s New 15 Point Programme for Welfare of Minorities in respect
of Uttar Pradesh during the last three years and the current year are given at
Annexure-I.
(b) The details of target and outlays under various schemes of other
Ministries/Departments, where 15 per cent earmarking is done, are given at
Annexure-II.
