(a) the details of schemes being undertaken by the Government for solving power problem under micro solar plant at their homes by villages individually or at schools, parks and public places collectively;
(b) the details of funds released by the Government during the last two years, scheme-wise and State-wise;
(c) whether the Government has initiated any new schemes in place of old schemes; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a): Ministry provides up to Rs 115/Wp for installation of Mini/Micro Solar PV grid to meet out the electricity requirement of the villages individual, public places, schools, commercial activities etc. under Off Grid and Decentralized Solar PV Application scheme.
(b): The details of State wise fund released under Off Grid and decentralization scheme during last two years is placed at Annexure.
(c)&(d): Old scheme for off Grid Solar was continued with minor changes for 2014-15 and current year, under which upper limit of Mini/ micro grid was raised from 250 kWp to 500 kWp.
